Acceptance of Terms
By contacting Ridgeline Hauling LLC, submitting a quote request, scheduling a service, or allowing us to perform work on your property, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Ridgeline Hauling LLC provides junk removal, property cleanouts, debris hauling, vehicle transport, hotshot delivery, and related hauling services in and around San Marcos, TX and the Central Texas area.
We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion, including but not limited to jobs involving hazardous materials, prohibited items, or unsafe conditions.
Quotes & Online Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website, by phone, or by text does not constitute a confirmed booking or binding contract.
A job is only confirmed when you receive explicit confirmation from Ridgeline Hauling LLC via phone, text, or email with an agreed-upon date, time, and price.
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions, volume, or access. We will communicate any changes before beginning work.
Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the job.
Accepted payment methods:

- Card — link provided on request
A minimum charge of $125 applies to all jobs. Additional charges may apply for jobs requiring multiple dump runs or time beyond the quoted scope.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job at no charge.
Same-day cancellations may result in a $50 cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs already incurred.
Ridgeline Hauling LLC reserves the right to reschedule jobs due to severe weather, equipment issues, or other emergencies. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find the earliest available date.
Customer Responsibilities
- You warrant that you are the owner or authorized agent of all items to be hauled or disposed of.
- You are responsible for ensuring job site access is clear and available at the scheduled time.
- You must disclose any hazardous materials, items requiring special handling, or access limitations prior to the job.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits required for us to access the property.
Liability & Damage
Ridgeline Hauling LLC carries general liability insurance and will exercise reasonable care in performing all services.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, structures, or items.
- Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of job completion.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed fragile items, items of exceptional value not identified prior to the job, or improper packing by the customer.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered.
Hauling & Disposal
All items hauled become the property of Ridgeline Hauling LLC upon pickup and will be disposed of at a licensed facility.
Dump fees are included in all haul-off and cleanout pricing and will not be billed separately.
We will not haul the following:
- Hazardous waste, chemicals, or biohazardous materials
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law
- Any item we deem unsafe to transport
Travel Surcharge
Jobs within 25 miles of San Marcos, TX are included in the base price with no travel surcharge. Jobs beyond 25 miles carry the following surcharges:

| 60+ miles | $100 or factored into custom quote |
Late Payment
Balances outstanding more than 7 days will incur a $25 late fee. Balances outstanding more than 30 days will incur an additional $50 fee.
Ridgeline Hauling LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through all available legal means.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide — including your name, phone number, email, and address — is used solely to communicate with you and complete your service request.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. Ridgeline Hauling LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
